Introducing Portland, Oregon singer, songwriter and producer, John Craigie, and spellbinding Canadian troubadour, Cat Clyde. Together, the two old-worldly Americana and folk musicians will be traversing the highways and byways of Australia in March, playing at local venues and folk festivals with their guitar-laden melodies. Following on from the success of his 2022 album, Mermaid Salt, John Craigie has been trekking across the States with his guitar, selling out shows from coast-to-coast across America, drawing audiences in with his songs and stories fit for old Americana fiction anthologies. His live shows gather mythical proportions as he weaves his stories and music in a night of joyous celebration and revelation. Meanwhile, Cat Clyde is ready to tour Down Under with her third album, Down Rounder, making quite the mark on the folk charts. Recorded in just six days in LA’s famous Sound Studios with renowned producer Tony Berg, the album is a deeply felt journey through Cat’s marvellous songwriting, capturing environment, home and emotion. Significant numbers of Cat fans have been calling out for her to hit town, and now their time has come.
